Diagnostics built
for precision
medicine.
PHBio is building the clinical infrastructure that advanced care demands — wholly-owned laboratory operations, condition-specific biomarker panels, and AI-enabled data layers for interpretation designed for the clinician who looks further than trendy consumer hype.

"What can't be overstated is that we can do traditional lab orders and our own specialty panels together. That is one of the biggest pain points for functional providers and patients."

The Platform
A full-stack diagnostics company,
built from the ground up.
PHBio is built at the intersection of functional and precision health, microbiome and biomarker science, and applied AI. Our CLIA certified laboratory is operational and provides direct control over methodology, quality, and turnaround time—making it possible to get innovative, condition-specific testing and traditional lab results from the same company.
Above that foundation, we are developing clinical data and interpretation layers: AI-enabled analysis designed to contextualize biomarker results, surface cross-system patterns, and generate hyper-personalized reporting for clinical decision-making. Not consumer dashboards. Not supplement funnels. Finally, the reporting depth that functional and precision medicine practitioners have long lacked is now available.
Our planned go-to-market is exclusively through clinicians — functional medicine practitioners, integrative specialists, forward-thinking primary care providers, and qualified allied health professionals — because the quality of a diagnostic result depends entirely on the clinical context it enters. Provider partnerships are currently being formed ahead of commercial launch.

Condition-Specific Clinical Focus Areas
Diagnostic panels across
four core biological systems.
Designed for clinical depth, not panel volume. Each focus area is being developed to integrate targeted biomarker assessment with microbiome profiling where it changes the clinical picture. Panels are currently in development ahead of commercial launch.
01
Hormone Health
Our Hormone Health panel provides a systems-level view of endocrine function beyond standard testing. It captures hormone dynamics, regulatory balance, and axis interactions rather than isolated values. Coverage includes cortisol rhythm, sex hormones, thyroid function, and adrenal signaling, enabling detection of subclinical dysfunction, hormone resistance, and downstream metabolic effects often missed in conventional panels.
CORTISOL · DHEA-S · THYROID · SEX HORMONES02
Gut & Microbiome
Our Gut & Microbiome panel delivers deep microbial and host-interaction profiling beyond basic taxonomy. It evaluates microbial composition, diversity, dysbiosis patterns, intestinal permeability, and inflammatory signaling. By connecting microbiome data to immune activity, metabolic signaling, and barrier integrity, this panel provides clinically actionable insight into gut-driven physiology not captured in standard gastrointestinal testing.
MICROBIOME · GI MARKERS · PERMEABILITY · INFLAMMATION03
Cardiometabolic
Our Cardiometabolic panel enables advanced risk assessment by integrating lipid biology, metabolic regulation, and inflammation. It includes lipoprotein particle analysis, including HDL and LDL subclasses, insulin dynamics, glucose control, and cardiovascular inflammatory markers. This approach emphasizes lipoprotein function and systemic inflammation, offering a more precise view of cardiometabolic risk than traditional cholesterol-based testing methods.
Our Neuro & Longevity panel evaluates the biological drivers of cognitive function, mental health, and aging. It measures neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, metabolic contributors to brain function, and biomarkers associated with mood and cognitive performance. This panel links physiology to mental health, resilience, and neurodegeneration risk, supporting a deeper understanding of long-term brain health and aging.
NEUROINFLAMMATION · OXIDATIVE STRESS · MENTAL HEALTH · LONGEVITY
Our CLIA certified laboratory is the foundation — not a vendor relationship. Direct operational control means we own methodology, quality standards, and turnaround times. We can develop proprietary panels that reference labs will not build for us because we are the lab. Additionally, we are validated to perform almost all standard blood testing while we process results for our proprietary panels — a level of convenience for patients and providers that is unmatched in the industry.
02
Clinician-Grade Reporting
Our reporting architecture is being designed specifically for clinical decision-making — not consumer dashboards or trendy supplement recommendations. The intended output is reporting that functional and precision medicine practitioners can read, annotate, and act on, with the interpretive depth that a sophisticated clinical practice demands. Commercially available soon.
03
AI Data and Interpretation Layers
Our AI data and interpretation layers are in active development and are not yet deployed. Designed to contextualize biomarker clusters, surface cross-system clinical patterns, and support interpretive narrative — with the explicit goal of extending the clinician's analytical and operational bandwidth without substituting for their professional judgment.
04
Provider-First Distribution
Our planned go-to-market is exclusively through licensed clinicians — functional medicine practitioners, integrative specialists, qualified allied health professionals, and forward-thinking primary care providers. This model is designed to ensure better clinical context, better patient outcomes, and a distribution framework built on professional trust rather than consumer acquisition.
Launching with clinicians who are already ahead.
We are forming a select group of early provider partners ahead of our commercial launch. If you practice at the frontier of functional or precision medicine, we want to hear from you.
PHBio is currently onboarding a small cohort of early provider partners as we complete our operational build. We're looking for clinicians and organizations already practicing at the frontier of functional and precision medicine — people for whom today's diagnostics are demonstrably insufficient.
If you're a potential strategic or investment partner, we'd welcome that conversation too.
